Success of WorleyParsons Merger

We are pleased to confirm that the merger between Evans & Peck and WorleyParsons has been successful and that WorleyParsons have announced that their formal takeover offer for Evans & Peck is free of all conditions. As of Monday 14th December, WorleyParsons have gained acceptances of greater than 93% of Evans & Peck shares and Evans & Peck will, in time, becomes part of the WorleyParsons Group.
