With the success of offices operating throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, Evans & Peck opened its first office in the Middle East in 2007 in the then world’s busiest construction market, Dubai. Work has also been undertaken in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Over the last few years Evans & Peck has assisted its clients in the development and construction of world class projects. Our Middle East office offers a wide range of services including, but not limited to: project delivery and procurement; facilities and asset management; contractual services; cost engineering; and risk management. Geographically, the areas focussed on are Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. We have also worked in Saudi Arabia through other Evans & Peck offices. Core market sectors are transport infrastructure, airports, retail, and real estate development (master communities).
