Risk Management

All projects involve risk – while risk cannot be eliminated, successful projects are those where risk is effectively identified, assessed and managed. Since the 1980s, Evans & Peck’s Risk Management team has been assisting industry and government to identify and manage project risks. Risk solutions are tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs and a range of risk management techniques, both qualitative and quantitative are used. Our risk services have previously been employed in many different areas of projects including the commercial, financial, legal, safety, and environmental areas. In the past five years, our Risk Management team has provided risk management services on more than 60 projects, totalling over AUD$10 billion.

Evans & Peck also provides risk based cost estimating services on major infrastructure projects in the road, rail, ports, water, and power sectors.
