With 25 years industry experience, Jason’s strengths lie in the areas of business growth
and profitability, relationship contracting, performance management and strategic development. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions with leading international construction companies and has been responsible for key achievements including building a highly profitable business from a zero base to more than $100M per annum in four years, national responsibility for market entry into alliance contracting (resulting in the award of projects worth more than $300M in three years), securing Queensland’s first fully approved PPP for the provision of transport infrastructure, achieving business diversification into the water and wastewater sector (resulting in more than $250M in work in a 3 year period), achieving preferential status and negotiating repeat business with key clients worth $250M over 5 years, and introducing the concept of High Performance Team Development and Breakthrough Thinking Processes, resulting in doubling industry benchmark performance and driving extraordinary profitability.
Adam Aspinall has over 28 years experience in the electricity industry in both the generation and wholesale market sectors. With Evans & Peck, Adam has carried out assignments associated with the development and project management of a number of new power station projects in Queensland and New South Wales, as well as having reviewed generation technologies and costs for potential new entrant players. Some of his recent experiences include the development of major infrastructure projects incorporating feasibility analysis and negotiation of major procurement contracts (EPC, Fuel Supply, Electricity Sales, Water Sales etc). Prior to joining Evans & Peck Adam worked 8 years with CS Energy as GM Production and GM Business Development. Adam has worked overseas in UK with the Interconnections Division of the National Grid Company and has significant power station O&M experience.

George Tsipis has 26 years experience in the multidisciplinary construction industry in Australia and Papua New Guinea. During the last 16 years, George has worked as a consultant to Contractors, Owners and Lawyers regarding contractual matters. This includes the assessment and formulation of variation, delay, prolongation, disruption and acceleration claims and the preparation of expert reports for dispute resolution processes including facilitation, mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings. He also provides commercial advice to clients regarding tender and contract documentation and contract administration.

Garry Braithwaite has over 21 years experience in the construction industry in Australia and overseas. His background is in Line Management for civil construction contractors, including the roles of Project Manager and Construction Manager. He has a broad range of engineering knowledge encompassing the design and construction of civil projects, particularly large road and railway construction, bridges, tunnels, airports, RCC dam and mining infrastructure. He has a specialist background in the delivery, operation and maintenance of major infrastructure projects.
