Evans & Peck's Graduate Development Progam provides our graduates with exposure to a wide range of professional experiences.

Through a rotational assignment program, graduates have the opportunity to work with Evans & Peck's most experienced consultants in different parts of our expanding business.

The Graduate Development Program is managed by one of our senior consultants to ensure the graduates' initial work experience provides a launch pad for future career development.

This Graduate Development Program offers our graduates training in leadership and basic consulting skills, an introduction to E&P's culture as an innovative knowledge based professional services organisation as well as exposure to a broad mix of projects.
