Each year, Evans & Peck seeks to recruit engineering graduates from all disciplines, particularly civil engineering and combined engineering degrees. We look for graduates with energy, initiative, leadership potential, excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Evans & Peck's Graduate Development Program provides graduates with the opportunity to work with Evans & Peck's most experienced consultants in different areas of our expanding business.

The Graduate Development Program offers training in basic consulting skills, leadership and core knowledge, an introduction to Evans & Peck’s culture as an innovative knowledge based professional services organisation, as well as broad exposure to the engineering and infrastructure industry.

Graduates are rotated through six core service lines and aim to achieve about 100 days experience in each of the areas over the first three years of their career.
