Robert Pegg

Principal

Robert has more than 25 years of international management consulting and commercial management experience allied to the property, construction and engineering sectors, and has worked at Director level since 1998.

Robert's broad experience ranges from the management of widespread property asset portfolios on completed facilities  through to cost planning at project inception, procurement of project works and preparing tender documents, drafting contracts, valuing and certifying interim and final accounts, the management, negotiation and settlement of contractor accounts.

Robert has worked in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, the Middle East and Europe. Robert has been based in South East Asia since 1996.

Barry Brewster

Principal

Barry is a behavioural scientist and the only Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) in Asia.  He specialises in organizational leadership, productivity and effectiveness across Asia Pacific.  Barry facilitates the collaborative analysis, development and implementation of change through AGILE Business Optimisation.  He has over 35 years of practical experience in Government, multinationals and his own company at senior levels.  He works alongside executives to help them leverage the knowledge and wisdom of their entire team.  His consulting assignments have allowed him to work in over 20 countries across Asia Pacific, the USA and Canada.  Barry is a regular author of management and leadership articles for newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong.

His consulting experience covers Construction and Infrastructure, Call Centers, Media, Finance and Energy sectors.  He has developed and installed Quality Assurance systems, Executive Development, Management Development and Personal Development programs along with Corporate Social Development initiatives and High Performance teams programs.

Barry is a Certified Master Facilitator, has an Associate Diploma Civil Engineering, Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Service Management, Master Degree in Applied Science in Change Management and is a board member of the International Institute for facilitation.  He is also author of The Agile Business Leader^®.

Mark Ashton

Principal

Mark Ashton has held senior positions in both engineering and business management, with over 25 years of experience in large scale infrastructure development gained in Hong Kong, Australian, UK, Caribbean and African construction industries. Key areas of expertise include railway, tunneling and the management of multi-disciplinary projects.

As Director and General Manager of Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, Mark was intimately involved in projects such as the Kowloon Southern Link, the 2.1 km Eagles Nest Tunnel, Wynn Casino's "City of Dreams" and Disney Projeects Storybook Theatre, Autopia and Small World.

Kam Him Fok

Principal

Kam Him (known as KH) joined Evans & Peck when Evans & Peck purchased Lappord in Hong Kong. He is one of the elite few on the HKIVM Facilitators “List A” recognized by the HKSAR Government and has facilitated more than 300 Value Management / Risk Management / Partnering workshops for Public Works and projects in the private sector.

KH has worked in various positions in Civil and Foundation Engineering for 30 years, successfully managing more than 50 construction projects. He still holds the record of installing the deepest 2.5m diameter bored pile in Hong Kong at 155m. His extensive practical experience has qualified him to provide expert advice on engineering issues for arbitration and court cases, particularly for piling and foundation projects

KH joins our expanding team of Principals in Hong Kong and we are very pleased to have KH as our first local Hong Kong Principal. We all congratulate him and wish him all the best in his new role.
