Craig Gardiner

Principal

Craig has over 30 years experience in construction, project management and commercial management covering a wide range of major infrastructure, civil and mechanical projects working both in private and public sectors. With extensive construction experience, this has been used to develop strengths in estimating, programming, project constructability review, delivery methodology, commercial and contract management.

Over the past 15 years Craig has had extensive experience with major road and port developments within Western Australia.  Craig also leads Perth’s contractual services section responsible for claims management and dispute resolution along with up front review of contract documentation.

 

 

 

 

 

Tim Humphry

Principal

Tim has 40 years experience in engineering construction, contracting and consulting. Included is 33 years construction, marketing and general management for a leading Australian construction organisation and seven years management consulting to the Australian and international construction and contracting industries.

Tim’s areas of expertise are project development, management and evaluation, construction contracting market and business development, and commercial claims management and dispute resolution.

Tim has a particular interest in project governance.

Industry sectors in which Tim is experienced are resources, infrastructure, and property. Tim has held company board positions in the construction, resources, infrastructure and property sectors.

David Meager

Principal

David is a Principal at Evans & Peck, his experience covers major infrastructure projects associated with multi-discipline projects in private and public infrastructure for transport, mining resources, heavy industry and marine facilities. This includes over 30 years experience in design, EPCM and project management on projectsdeveloped both in South East Asia and Australia including five years as manager of a multi disciplined consultancy practice in Singapore. Davidhas completed projects for client organisations in a D&C environment and as such has the background to incorporate constructability issues.

David Mofflin

Principal

David has extensive experience in the successful growth and management of businesses, both within Australia and Internationally. He has spent over 30 years in the engineering sector, covering areas including overall business management, strategic planning, technology commercialisation, project management, construction, research, and design.  Before joining Evans & Peck, David was a Director of Worley/WorleyParsons for more than 10 years, playing an important role within the company during its public listing, as well as being a supporter of major new growth initiatives within the company for over 20 years.

David’s strengths lie in a blend of clear strategic thinking, a strong understanding of the major drivers and new emerging technologies within the engineering sector, and the ability to work with and motivate others. These skills have been applied over the last three years working with a major international engineering company in identifying and capturing business opportunities created by the global trend to enhanced sustainability.

David has a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Australia. He is actively involved in the broader engineering profession, and is currently Chair of the WA Centre for Engineering Leadership and Management, and a WA Division Committee member of Engineers Australia. He is also a non-executive director of a publically listed manufacturing company.

 

 

 

 

 

Magued Moftah

Principal

Magued brings a unique blend of Executive General Management and Project Management skills that have been acquired in the Western Australian and Asian engineering and construction markets. With a proven track record in engineering, construction and infrastructure development spanning a period of thirty years, Magued has extensive experience in management and project execution of substantial civic and urban projects including an exposure to industries such as railways, oil & gas, alumina and Water & Waste Water Projects and social infrastructure projects.

Complementary to the successful management of projects and activities, Magued has also extensive experience in Management Consulting for the Public and Private sectors, understanding client expectations, having developed the appropriate skills to communicate effectively with industry, government and stakeholders.

Magued has also been responsible for strategy development, facilitation and implementation of project delivery and procurement planning in the Public and Private Sectors for economic and mining infrastructure projects.

In senior positions Magued has held, he has honed his skills in being perceptive and incisive in making commercial decisions, providing strategic contribution and management expertise to assist in the execution management of large multi-disciplinary capital projects.
