Evans & Peck has advised on the majority of major road construction projects in Australia over the past 10 years. We specialise in developing strategies to help deliver successful projects. Initially working with our clients to determine the best delivery mechanism, be it BOOT, design and construct, alliance, early contractor involvement, or other; we then provide technical, contractual, commercial, governance, general management advice, team and culture dynamics, and ongoing project delivery assistance.
