 DESIGN MANAGEMENT
All projects start with a concept and
‘vision’ of the final outcome which must be defined, communicated clearly and supported by the entire team.

The Challenge
All projects start with a concept and ‘vision’ of the final outcome which must be defined, communicated clearly and supported by the entire team. This is the key challenge of Design Management.
Design management is an essential part of the project delivery process during which the concept is defined, then rigorously developed and finally converted into documentation that allows the ‘vision’ to be built.
