PROJECT DELIVERY
Evans & Peck has more than twenty years of experience in project delivery throughout Australia and Asia.
Our leading people, systems and technology generate optimum value for money in all phases of the project lifecycle, delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
The secret of our success lies in our ability to understand our client’s and the project’s specific needs and implement the most appropriate delivery strategies.
The Challenge
Key to any project’s successful delivery is that fitness for purpose, value, quality and timely delivery are not compromised.
Appropriate targets must be developed, communicated, agreed and their achievement well documented throughout the life of the project.
A carefully planned project anticipates and avoids disputes and generates value.
Our challenge is to understand the risks, recognise issues before they arise and proactively capture the value of a project at the procurement phase.
