Evans & Peck’s Sydney office, our largest, provides a diverse range of specialised services in areas including Program Management, Project Delivery, Sustainability (enterprise and project), Contract Management, Business Enhancement and ongoing Operations & Maintenance. Services offered include policy development, project procurement, tender evaluation, project delivery management, commercial management, cost, time, quality and compliance management and technical support.

The Sydney team carries out work in every major sector of infrastructure delivery and operations. Examples include the Port of Botany Expansion Project, the Epping to Chatswood Rail Link and St Luke’s Hospital Redevelopment.

Work in the water sector has been expanding significantly with involvement in projects such as the Kurnell Desalination Project and the Replacement Flows Project in Western Sydney. Following the team’s outstanding work in leading the procurement management team for the Port Botany Expansion Project, Sydney Ports Corporation engaged Evans & Peck to work on the Intermodal Logistics Centre at Enfield. Work on airports includes assisting Sydney Airport Corporation Limited in developing its long term plan required by the Federal Government and advising on new baggage handling facilities. Rail work has been the biggest sector in the Sydney office over the last three years.

Evans & Peck continues to work with the Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation as well as Rail Corp and Pacific National, ARTC and various contractors. Major road, bridge and tunnel projects have also required Evans & Peck’s advisory services. Recent projects include RTA's bridge Alliances, the Great Western, Hume and Pacific Highway Upgrade Alliances and the upgrading and refurbishment of the M2 for Transurban.
